Shipping

I do my best to package and ship ready made items within 2-5 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you know when your item is estimated to arrive.

*Please note that once the item is handed off to the postal service, I am not in control of how quickly it arrives. 

Returns

I accept returns on most items, but the customer must contact me within 14 days of receiving the item. The customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping to return the item. The item must be received by me in it's original condition or a refund will not be issued.

Returns are not accepted on custom orders, but if there is an issue with your order please don't hesitate to contact me!

Custom Orders

I open up custom orders periodically when schedule allows. Customs are currently closed. Want to be the first to know when they open up again? Join our email subscribers list to stay in the loop when customs open again!

 

Waxed Canvas Care Instructions

If your bag is made from waxed canvas, it requires a little bit of special care. Do not wash or dry your item. Spot clean with a damp rag. Most unwanted creases or water droplet marks can be removed by re-heating the wax using a blow dryer. Over several years the wax on the canvas may dry out. If this happens, the item can be re-waxed using a beeswax bar to return it's water repellent feature.
